The main target of our production is the exaltation of the expression of the estate’s terroir in the grapes of our Brunello. This objective is pursued in the vineyard – through agricultural operations focused and finely tuned on the requirements of the different parcels of land and on the characteristics of the individual vintages – and then in the cellar through processing procedures that are inspired by the highest sensibility and greatest respect for the specific conditions of the grapes; also in this case the procedures change according to the climate of the different vintages.
